We would appreciate your order as far in advance as possible.
Twelve person minimum is required. Less than the minimum will
be subject to a 20% service charge.
Our standard 18% service charge covers the following:
- Complete set up including chafing dishes and canned fuel heat;
- Heavy duty disposable flatware, plates and two-ply dinner napkins;
- Cloth linens for food buffet tables, beverage tables and skirting (if
applicable);
- Complete breakdown and clean up at the end of the function (including
kitchen area).
We will do our best to
accommodate last-minute orders. You may be subjected to menu
restrictions due to short notice as some items may not be
available.
We deliver to all metro Denver locations. Our delivery/pickup
fee schedule as follows:
Local Metro Area $30.00
Interlocken-Boulder Area $50.00
Foot Hills/Mountain Areas $75.00
Parker/Franktown Area $75.00
**Extended delivery area fee may apply.
**Additional charges may result if we have to return on site
at a later time/date to pickup any supplies or equipment left
will the client.
**All deliveries and/or break downs before 6 am or after 11
pm are subject to additional delivery charges
Cancellations must be received within seventy-two hours prior to your event. Orders cancelled less than twenty-fours prior to the event will result in a 100% charge to the client, including events cancelled due to inclement weather.
A Perfect Setting accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as cash and checks.
Corporate accounts are available for any qualifying business on a 15-day term. All full service catering with one hundred guests and over must be held with a $300.00 non-refundable deposit. Once menus are agreed upon, we require 50% payment with the balance due twenty-four prior to your event.
Our professional staff, including event supervisors, servers and bartenders are available upon request. Contracted charge is $18.00 per hour with a minimum of four hours per personnel. Additional hours will be billed separately.
We offer a wide range of services, including "drop off" delivery on disposables to "limited" services with delivery, set up of buffet and return to break down per client to complete "full" service. We work with our clients to provide personal attention to details with impeccable services that we offer.
We will be happy to accommodate any special dietary requests whenever possible. Please call 48 hours in advance to discuss your requirements.
We provide all basic service equipment for standard catering. However, for full service catering we can provide tables, linens, chairs, tents, portable bar units, china and glassware for an additional charge. Coordination and delivery of special OR upscale requests are subject to charges.
We may be able to assist with floral arrangements, entertainment, video-photography and location.
Certificate of insurance and current food service license available for client who requests them.
Complete Bar Service
Information
We can plan and order your liquor if you choose and provide all service staff. Contracted bartenders are professional, experienced and uniformed.
As caterers, we are not permitted to "sell" liquor so all purchase costs will be passed directly to you. We work with a local liquor retailer for competitive pricing.
Our services include high quality plastic beverage cups. Rented glassware are available for additional charge. Mixers, garnishes, beverage napkins, ice and service equipment supplied if bar services are contracted. One piece portable bar units or two piece/tiered tables with linens and skirting are available for an additional charge.
