A standard 18% service charge will be applied to any event, please see Services and Policies for full details. Full plate service is also available.

All breakfast buffets include disposable plateware, flatware and napkins. Fresh brewed gourmet select coffee with appropriate condiments and chilled juices are provided. Twelve person minimum required.

The Continental

An assortment of freshly baked breakfast pastries, fruit Danishes, house made muffins, coffee cake, croissants and bagels with fruit preserves, cream cheese and butter. Served with seasonal fresh fruit platter. $7.95

Continental Express

An assortment of freshly baked breakfast pastries, fruit Danishes, house made muffins and coffee cake. Served with seasonal fresh fruit platter. $6.95

Blue Collar Express

Served in a white deli box with fresh seasonal fruit cup, chilled bottled juice and choice of the following:

Jumbo English muffin with sausage, egg and cheese
Buttery croissant with ham, egg and cheese
Bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. All of the above $6.50

The Blue Collar does not include coffee service but “Java to Go” (delivered to disposable coffee units) available with condiments for additional charge. $11.00 each

Thick slices of Texas toast hand dipped in French vanilla batter served with butter, maple syrup, homemade triple berry sauce and bowl of whipped cream. Served with fresh seasonal fruit tray and choice of two: bacon, pork sausage patties or grilled ham. $9.25

The Old Southwest

Our Santa Fe casserole is filled with scrambled eggs, pork green chili and cheese layered between tortillas and baked til golden served with sour cream and garnished with black olives. Served with scrambled eggs, choice of “Patty Cakes” OR   seasoned potatoes, Mexican fruit compote and choice of two: bacon, pork sausage patties or grilled ham. $9.50

Southern Belle

Scrambled eggs, choice of "Patty Cakes" OR   seasoned potatoes, fluffy buttermilk biscuits with country gravy, fresh seasonal fruit tray and choice of two: bacon, pork sausage patties or grilled ham. $9.25
